Like many healthcare companies impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Family Best Care found business disrupted with access to client locations severely restricted and caregivers and staff limiting their exposure to others. Adding to this were manual processes, outdated technology, communication methods, and document management.
It became apparent that they needed a software solution that provided improved remote guidance, management, and client engagement, to allow them to continue to provide vital care to this vulnerable population.
As we saw the value this software brought to the business, we realized that there was an opportunity to support a broader range of healthcare businesses, such as Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living, and Nursing Facilities. And My Care Composer was born.
With over 100 staff supporting clients across 260 miles, we got to a breaking point where the manual processes, workarounds, and outdated communication and document management were no longer serving us. By consolidating our systems and data into one place, My Care Composer saved us money, increased efficiencies, and is easy to use on the road or in the office for our clients and team.
